  • Unused and Unworn: Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

2. Timeframe for Returns and Exchanges

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Underwear (briefs, panties, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or incorrect.

4. Return and Exchange Process

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Shipping fees and any applied discounts are non-refundable.
