- Intimate Hygiene Products: Due to hygiene reasons, we only accept returns or exchanges for defective or incorrect items.
- Unused and Unworn: Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
2. Timeframe for Returns and Exchanges
- Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Underwear (briefs, panties, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or incorrect.
4. Return and Exchange Process
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number, reason for the return/exchange, and photos of the product if applicable.
- Approval: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Inspection: Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
6. Refunds
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Shipping fees and any applied discounts are non-refundable.
7. Important Notes
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to avoid lost parcels.
- Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
